The Margarita is a traditional Mexican cocktail based on lime, tequila and sugar syrup.
Instructions
The Margarita is an elegant classic with a tropical twist, best tasted on a sunlit Mexican plaza with a Mariachi band, a sombrero on your head and the sun in your face. Vamos caballeros!
Method: shake with ice, strain it into a prechilled cocktail glass
Garnish: twist of lime and salty edge*
Glass: cocktail (Martini) glass
* Wet the edge of your margarita glass with some lime to apply the salt, then dip the edge of your glass into a little plate of salt.
Ingredients
35 ml Blanco Tequila
25ml Triple sec
25 ml lime juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
