Instructions
The Pornstar Martini is a cocktail made of vanilla vodka, Passoa, passion fruit juice, egg white, lime and passion fruit. The cocktail tastes of passion fruit and is served chilled. Traditionally, a glass of prosecco is added to this cocktail. The exciting name gives additional elan to this sexy cocktail.
Method: shake (without prosecco) with ice, pour through a sieve into a prechilled cocktail glass. Make the egg white fresh. Carefully break the egg and make sure only to add the egg white, not the yolk, to the shaker.
Garnish: half a fresh passion fruit
Glass: cocktail (Martini) glass

20 ml VODKA
40 ml Passoa
10 ml Vanilla Liquer
10 ml lime juice
Egg white (fresh) of 1 egg
Additional
30 ml prosecco served in shotglass
